The local franchisee of a Florida-based business is moving forward with plans to expand in Michigan. Ford's Garage restaurant franchisee Billy Downs plans to open a second location at 44175 12 Mile Road in Novi in the first quarter of 2023, according to a Ford's Garage spokesperson. The Novi location will follow a West Dearborn location Downs opened in 2017. Downs also plans to open three other Michigan locations. The sites will be announced at a later date, according to the spokesperson. The expansion plans were announced early last year.
